Sorting Data, Filtering Data, Subtotal and Groupings.

Sort ID, highlight everything that you will sort. Go to data and then sort. There's a option, sort assembly and sort disassembly. Sort ID from cell values ascending (smallest to largest) ( highest to lowest).

Next, sorting according to customer name. 

Sort by loan amount. 

Creating subtotals by item type sum by loan amount. 
click data, go to subtotal (outline group) 
sum loan amount per item type, summary below data. 
Sort by item type again (A to Z)
Next subtotal, include subtitle from the sum to loan amount. Replace current subtotal any put a summary below data.
